Product Description PLANO UTILITY BOX
|
| Customer Reviews: Great acessory box! January 21, 2009 Rage For a girl who needs a cheap and easy way to organize your clumpy chain bracelets or other accessories this is a great box to have. It is nice and small, has deep trays, adjustable, and most importantly it has a clear cover where you can instantly see where everything is laid out in the box. You don't have to worry about having thin chains or small beads slip through the cracks next compartment, it is perfectly tight sealed and it's also durable! More than once did I have this box fall off my dresser and it stayed completely intact and everything inside untouched and unscrambled!
Excellent for spice storage April 22, 2009 C. Gray (San Francisco, CA United States) I too am very impressed with this product. I needed something to store bulk spices in (limited cabinet space). I was able to configure the compartments to the sizes I needed and to my amazement the compartments are (pretty much) airtight even when turned upside down. Buying two more for the kitchen and the workshop
Great Organizer But Not Very Stackable February 3, 2010 Jan Tarr (Boston, MA USA) This is a great small organizer.
Pros:
1. Adjustable dividers
2. Small size
Cons:
1. Some dividers are poorly made (not all fit or stay in place)
2. Not very stackable when you buy more of them. Though they have grooves to allow for stacking, the grooves are so shallow, that most slight disturbances will bring the stack down.
All in all, this is worth the buy.
Parts storage June 22, 2010 Scot Thompson (Gilbert, AZ USA) This was the smallest "tackle box" I could find, probably I didn't look hard enough. It's a bit bigger than I expected, and I subsequently found smaller ones at a local brick-and-mortar. Nevertheless, this is a nice box that has good dividers and secure latches. The only negative is that I had to trim all the plastic pieces with a knife so that they would all fit together properly.
I agree with another reviewer June 30, 2010 Bargain Finder (Los Angeles, CA) As another reviewer said, the dividers (that you cut off a strip of dividers) are poorly made. In many cases, they won't slide all the way down to the bottom of the case. So, if for example you were storing thin item (such as 'washers' for bolts), they will slip under the divider and into the next compartment...defeating the purpose of seperating certain items from other items.
